1. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

  • Step 1 – Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).

    In case of damaged/missing product(s), raise a return/replacement request through My Account within 2 days from the date of delivery.

    Call us at 18002021988 to raise your request or mail us at care@vmscart.com. We will be happy to assist you.

  • Step 2 – Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
  • Step 3 – After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the product(s) delivered to you.
  • Step 4 – In case our reverse pick up service is not available in your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges into the account/wallet from where the payment is made. In the case of COD, you are requested to provide your account details for the refund transfer.
  • Step 5 – After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
  • Step 6 - Once your return claim is accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment used. Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7 -10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

To cancel your return or replacement request, you may notify us by sending an email to care@vmscart.com of your decision to cancel the request by an unequivocal statement.

If you decide to return the product, we will return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges without any undue delay. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. However, if you selected Cash on Delivery upon the original sale, the refund will be made via bank transfer within 4 to 10 working days once we receive the material.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE

Under What Conditions Can I Return/ Replace My Product?

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Physically damaged/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products/items

Under What Conditions Return/ Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted?

  • Opened/Used/Altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

Your right to cancel the order shall apply exclusively to the products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them.

CONDITIONS OF ORDER CANCELLATION

No reimbursement will be made

  • If the product has been used once it has been opened
  • For products that are not returned in the same condition as when they were delivered
  • If they have been damaged.

Take care of the product(s) while in your possession. Please return the product(s) using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents/items, if any, accompanying the products. In any case, you must send the product to be returned together with the receipt that you received when the product was delivered.

Upon cancellation, the respective products shall be returned as follows:

RETURNING THE PRODUCT(S)

When returning the product(s) by Courier arranged by us, you should contact us through our web form or by email at care@vmscart.com for the product to be collected from your home. You should send the product in its original packaging and follow the directions on the "RETURNS" section of this website. If you have bought any goods as a guest, you may request returns by Courier through our toll-free number.

You shall not be required to pay any additional costs for the return as mentioned above.

Note that we do not have a partial return policy.    

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund will be paid using the same payment method, as used by you, at the time of making the purchase.
